Booking and Payments

Service Booking

Inquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and require written confirmation from Moon Loft.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed upon booking.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in advance or as agreed upon booking confirmation
  • We accept bank transfers and major credit cards
  • Full payment must be received before service delivery unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services

Deposits

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified upon confirmation and will be deducted from the total service fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

  • More than 7 days notice: Full refund minus deposit
  • 3-7 days notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days notice: No refund

Moon Loft Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 5 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees for late changes.

Service Delivery

Location and Access

For services delivered at client locations, you must provide:

  • Adequate workspace and facilities
  • Access to necessary utilities (water, electricity, gas)
  • Safe working environment
  • Parking arrangements where applicable

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

You must inform us of all dietary requirements, allergies, and food intolerances at the time of booking. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from specific allergens.

Ingredient Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute ingredients based on seasonal availability or quality concerns. Any substitutions will maintain the overall quality and character of the planned menu.

Intellectual Property

Recipe Ownership

All recipes, techniques, and culinary content developed by Moon Loft remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a recipe development agreement.

Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Liability and Indemnification

Moon Loft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Client Conduct

Modifications to Terms
